Do I need to change my plan if I need more credits?
You do not need to switch plans. Purchase a One-Time Credit Pack to add credits instantly. Choose Mini ($6 for 5 credits), Standard ($12 for 14 credits), or Power ($24 for 30 credits). These apply immediately, do not alter your subscription or billing cycle, and expire 90 days after purchase.
Is there an option for intensive short-term work?
Yes. The Day Pass costs $35 and adds a fixed pool of 50 credits, valid for 24 hours. It is ideal for urgent deadlines. One active pass at a time; at most 3 passes per 72 hours, then a 48-hour pause applies — see Terms of Service.

Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No. Pricing is fully transparent. There are no setup fees and no hidden charges. All core features — including every jurisdiction and supported language — are included in every plan. You pay only for your chosen subscription or selected one-time packs.
Is my data secure?
All plans use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and EU data residency. Your data is isolated per user and never used to train AI models. Security standards are identical across Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
